Frontline Medicine to Systemic Health Solutions

Grounding clinical technology, teaching, and health advocacy in authentic regional patient care.

Dr Jimmy Tseng holds qualifications in BMedSci, MBBS, PGDipSurgAnat, GCUT, and FRACGP. He graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2010, completing his medical internship and residency with Austin Health. His clinical foundations were built in paediatric emergency medicine, working extensively across the emergency departments of both the Austin Hospital and the Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne.

In 2019, Dr Tseng relocated to Shepparton in regional Victoria to practise comprehensive general practice as a Specialist GP, developing a dedicated clinical focus and special interest in paediatrics, adolescent health, and sexual and reproductive health.

Addressing regional healthcare access disparities firsthand led Dr Tseng to found SchoolCare Clinics, delivering in-school bulk-billed medical care directly to vulnerable students, and to establish Circuit Health, developing intelligent, guideline-driven medical software to support Australian clinicians and practice teams.
